    Hi André,

    Thank you for the comment.

    I have forwarded your request to the Support Team. They will get back to you soon.

    I would think that this important piece of information (price) would be readily available.  Why would anyone do an upgrade without knowing what they will be charged?

    This important piece of information is available for existing users seeking to upgrade.

    Why would anyone ask a question about upgrading without first looking at their Account Management portal and opening the "Upgrade License" option that appears immediately below the "Welcome" screen?

    I DID LOOK and your snide sarcastic comment was totally unnecessary. If you are merely a user, butt out. If you are an employee, you should be reprimanded at the very least. FYI it only shows me what I paid for Capture 21 not the upgrade price, and when I put in the license code on the pre-order C2 22 web page and press validate nothing happens. So, Snarky, keep your comments to yourself.

    Hello,

    Perhaps you have found a page to download a version for trial.  I think I passed a similar page requiring my current license code during my short hunt for upgrade cost.   Offer EXPIRES NOV 09 in what time zone I do not know.

    The upgrade cost is found on your user profile/account page.  Log in, click the ..person icon on upper right of web page (by support button), then you are at Welcome page with 6 buttons at the bottom.  Upper right button is the one you want.

    Been a few days since your post so you have likely found your answer before now.  My little trouble is finding release notes  :^)  It took me a while this morning and I finally decided I better bookmark that page.

    @Elissa Dellosso

    Did you look at your Order History or the "Upgrade License" option?

    Thank you for your other suggestions.

    William,

    Ah, release notes ...  I often forget that the easiest place to find such core information these days is via the top-level Capture One web site landing page and then the "Support" link. Or directly at https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us

    That page seems to be consistently updated with links to a number of commonly required documents. So I'm trying to break the "search" habit (useful as that can be) and remember to look to see what has been made available more directly in the first level Support Page.

    Bookmarking sounds like a good idea. If you have already downloaded the version/release of interest the Release Notes may well be on your system too.
