Watermarking not working properly

I try to use the Eport > watermak panel to put my signature on export.

My signature is to be located BOTTOM/ RIGHT corner of the photos 

When I push the sliders or try to move the watermark by hand it doesnt go further than TOP half the pictures. So Its not placed properly. I have watched tutorials where it can be placed anywhere. so it looks like a bug.

also my watermak is a PNG
