Subscription canceled

Good day!

I had an activated monthly subscription! I am very happy with Capture one, but there was a misunderstanding, my credit card has expired! Unfortunately, I missed this moment and the subscription was canceled! I added a new card and would like to return the subscription with my conditions! Is it possible to do this?
