Capture one 14.4.0 problems

I have tried vers 14.4.0 three times now, the last time I completely cleaned all of the product from my PC, there are two main problems, first whenever I load one of my catalogues it puts the import screen without me wanting to import anything, secondly it takes absolutely ages to show the file information for each folder, ie how many images in each folder, I have now reverted to 14.3.1 and I have no problems whatsoever, very strange I think.

    I have now loaded 14.4.1 and I still have a problem with the import dialog opening each time I open a new catalogue, is this something I am doing wrong, I never ever had this problem with previous versions, please help.....

    The appearing Import Screen is a known problem since V 14.4. I have opened a ticket some weeks ago but no answer till today.

    thanks for that, I was beginning to think it was my fault, I am back on vers 14.3 1 and have no problems, I await the answer with you
