Colorsync/Profile - no such Folder in Mac - can not import icc profiles /Capturone 20

I purchased some icc profiles, but it is impossible to import them. if I click "import" in Color Tool then I get only a notification "nothing imported" . and if I try to do it via library folder - there is no Colorsync/Profile folder on my Mac ... please help

    I have TWO ColorSync folders.  The first is /Library/ColorSync/Profiles which contains system wide profiles.  The second is in my user Library folder -- /Users/<my user name>/Library/ColorSync/Profiles -- which holds the profiles I created and/or imported.  I'm assuming you don't have the 2nd folder.  Not a problem.  Make one.

    • Open a Finder window
    • Use the Go menu while holding the opt key and select the Library folder
    • Create a folder named ColorSync if one does not exist.
    • Select the ColorSync folder
    • Create a folder named Profiles if one does not exist

    Move your new profiles into that folder.   Re-launch Capture One.  It should see the profiles.
