Can't seem to export to Photoshop

I updated CaptureOne 21 to 14.4.0 yesterday from a trial version to a one-time license.  I'm in my work and now go to EDIT WITH Photoshop and nothing happens.  It's not opening Photoshop, it's not sending to Photoshop.  I do see it create a PSD file.

I'm not sure what is going on.  I've shut down my system and restarted it.  Still have the same issue.

Prior to 14.4.0, I was on the trial version and had no issues.

What am I missing??

I'm using a 27" iMac (late 2013) - Processor 3.4GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5

Memory 24 GB 1333 MHz DDR3

Your assistance would be really helpful.

    This is a known bug in 14.4, there are already some threads about this issue here in the forum.
