Permanently deleted user

Paid for an update you sent information about. But can not start the update or the old version of 21. There are always problems with your product. Now I can use Affinity Photo instead. Which is a great version. Maybe I should thank you instead of complaining as in the future I will probably use Affinity instead. Ulf S.

    If it works like it has worked before, once you have paid for the update and received the licence code, that cancels your old licence code. What I recall we were supposed to do last year is use the new licence code right away with the existing version and it is good for the updated version when it comes too.

    Ulf, you DO realise that C1 v22 won't be released until December? In the meanwhile, you should do as Ian says and use the new licence key with your copy of v21.

    Also, complaining in the Capture One Community is simply complaining to fellow users. If you want to contact Capture One, use the "Submit a request" link at the top of the page and to the right.
