Got the same problem, fail to recognize my license-key....

Same issue here too. Fortunately I have Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop that work flawlessly... and a license key is not required for updates.

If you log in to your Capture One account you should be able to see the details of your license(s) and manage them. This will include seeing what the administration system believes to be your available licenses.

Is this where you got the Key information from? If not, does it check with your own records anyway or are there differences?

Have you ever signed up for a subscription license using the same account login?

I would recommend that you both use the "Submit a request" feature of the Community pages and create a Support Case choosing an appropriate target department from the list of possibilities available.

    I see my problem.

    • The upgrade was accepted and there is a new License Key to use w/C1 22.

    New problem.

    • The reason I didn't see the upgrade, is because I was trying to apply a coupon discount (ALEXONRAW) for an additional discount. I didn't see where to apply the coupon and tried to cancel to try again.

    I'll see about ordersupport@captureone.zendesk.com

    Thanks

I am having the same problem. It has been a couple of days, so not sure what is going on. Getting a timely response from C1 is pretty much impossible
