14.4.1 activation fails
1. my activation simply fails after logging in with my profile, which is the exact same profile at captureone.com.
2. the "troubleshooter" shows on the left panel that all the 6 checks were succeeded (to be precise it was written "succeded")
3. I can't see for some reason my activations in catureone.com - I see only "orders history" and "activate offiline"
4. it is day 2 I haven't been able to use my officially bought software

So there is no Manage Licenses box on your online C1 account first page?

Yes, there is "Manage Licenses" box, but the only thing I see there when clicking on it is "Order history" and "Activate" under the "Offline activation".
P.S. I already sent a request to helpdesk that my activation fails and got a replay that they are overloaded and it will take some time to respond.

You might try signing up for the C1 30 day free trial with a different email/password and use that trial licence key to activate your installed C1. Hopefully they will have sorted out your paid account before the 30 days are up. When sorted, deactivate C1 and reactivate with the paid version licence key.
There is only one C1 download file for all versions.
What version you end up with depends on the licence key you enter on activation.

I got it working today. The issue seemed to be that I bought the early upgrade and the old license was invalid, yet the new license didn't work yesterday, but it did today.
