RE: Capture One 22 upgrade

I purchased a yearly subcsription in July and it will be renewed next July. Does anyone here know if that quailfies for the upgrade to 22 without having to pay more?

    Subscription licenses include all updates for as long as the subscription is renewed and paid for.

    Sorry, is not clear to me... currently my contract with Captore One will expire on next September of 2022. My payments is monthly. Captore one is proposing 2022 version with preorder in order to kkep tha vantage of 20% of discount. 

    I prefer to mantain the annua contract to keept advantage for any upgrade arriving... It's necessary to accept the pre orderin this case?

    Based on what you wrote it sounds like the pre-order offer is about keeping a discount price for the subscription. So it is about a price offer rather than anything else.

    This is mostly a User to User forum and Capture One rarely, if ever, answers questions like yours here.

    I would suggest that you create a Support Case using the "Submit a request" function of the Community pages and within that the option to direct questions to the Sales and marketing people.

    Just received an answer from Capture One Support:

    Yes, all the subscribers get access to the new versions at no extra cost.
    You'll just need to reactivate the software with the same key when Capture One 22 is released.
