Migrate File Naming Recipies and Tokens on Upgrade

Updating to Capture One 21, I noticed the update did not carry over all the saved file name and directory structure used by the previous version (12). Some users may have created complicated import/export rules for creating sub-directories, file naming, and embedded tokens (hi, that's me), and it can be an arduous task to re-create this manually. Please add this to future versions!
