iOS Monterey - photos will not load

I have updated to Apple Monterey iOS on my 16" MBP 2016 yesterday and due to problems updated Capture One to 14.4.1.16 today.

When importing files the error message 'Proxy Creation Failed' appears and the files will not load.

Any ideas?
