Pre-upgrade to Capture One(forSony) 22
I seldom post on a forum, but I have to share my issues with my experience upgrading to Capture One 22 Pre-release. First unreasonable customer service response time, no live person to talk too. The current version (C1-21) locked up and was totally useless to me. I don't know what a professional photographer with deadlines would do.
After paying for the upgrade and receiving a new License Key, I attempted to enter the new key repeatedly. Receiving the error message say Quit or Deactivate. I logged into my account going to licenses, the only option available brought up a comment page that did not address the issue. Out of desperation, I attempted to reinstall a clean version that I downloaded. I got the same errors I got in the beginning. I kept going back into the manage licenses and finally the C-21 license appeared. I was able to deactivate it and enter the new key. Entered my password and it finally opened. About 3 hours of my time wasted.
If it wasn't for the fact that this is outstanding software for my Sony camera, I would have left a long time ago. Capture One needs to vastly improve its response time and do a much better to make it easier to upgrade like most software program do. In addition, the bugs need to be worked out prior to releases.

Similar issues but, once I got C-21 to open, it identifies all my image files as being in unsupported formats (even though, before upgrade to OSX Monterey and before loading the version of C-21 that came with my Pre-Upgrade receipt, they were all recognized and accepted. Having issues with LR Classic and On1 as well. Redundancy did not help me here and none of my post-processing programs can be used.
