Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren

Ich besitze Capture One Express für Sony.. So hatte ich überlegt, mir eine

Vollversion zu kaufen.

Jetzt habe ich schon wieder bei der Expressversion dieses wirklich leidige

Problem mit dem Lizensschlüssel etc.

Es ist ja scheinbar eine gut Software, aber diese Loginproblem zerstören bei

mir jede Freude am Programm.

Sorry.. ich weiß , ich bin kein Einzelfall..

    If you have purchased a "Pro" license (Perpetual or subscription) your C1 Account will have been updated to make the new license key the current key. The license key activation controls the features and functionality available to your installation.

    You may need to deactivate your "Express" activation (which is now obsolete and cancelled) and then re-start Capture One and reactivate (when prompted to do so) using the new activation key to open up the extended functionality. 

    You can de-activate Express by logging in to your account and using the "Manage Licenses" link.

    After that, start Capture One again and you should be prompted for activation once more. Use the NEW Code provided for the purchase you made. C1 should then be activated with all of the extended functionality available for the version you purchased.
