So you can’t deactivate it in your online account?

Assuming the computer that is going to be replaced is currently using the old key, maybe try re-activating it with the new license key and then deactivate it again.

Seems to be a few licensing issues at the moment.

    Hallo gb,

thank you for the answer. No, I can not deactivate in my online account. I guess I wait until version 22 is rolled out and if there is still an issue I need to contact the support team.

What happens when you try the deactivation using your on-line account?

OP, you should contact C1 support now.

Activation issues should get fixed relatively quickly.

Support is usually overloaded just after a new version release.

Use the Uninstall Command Displayed in the Registry
Use Registry Editor (Regedit.exe) to view the following registry key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

Double-click the UninstallString registry value, copy the contents of the Value Data box by selecting the contents and pressing CTRL+C, and then quit Registry Editor.

Click Start, click Run, press CTRL+V to paste the uninstall command, and then click OK.
