Did you follow the guidance about changing over to the new license activation key, replacing your old activation key?

I'm a profesional photographer. Can't wait for your problems. I will never buy your software anymore. It works great. Your helpdesk is a disaster.

Hendrik, this is a user to user only forum.
No one from C1 management reads it as far as we know.
If you can give us here specific details some user might comment.

You should immediately report the problem via the C1 Zendesk form:
    https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

If it's a licencing/activation issue you should get a faster than normal responce
(although normal is usually pretty slow).

    Hendrick,

Did you previously have version 21 installed and have now purchased the in-advance of release update to 22?

Or did you have V20 or earlier? Then bought the update and installed V21?

It seems that the pre-purchase option means that you should be able to use the new activation key with whichever older version of C1 you were using until the V22 release arrives and you install it. The new key will have replaced the previous key for your account and needs to be changed over in the computer for account verification. If necessary, de-activate the old activation(s) and then re-activate with the new key.

If you were using a license for V20 (or V12)  and bought the pre-release update but also installed V21, there have been reports that V21 cannot be activated. In which case one would need to go back to V20 (or V12) until V22 is released.

Yes. Thanks. The problem is solved.

Actually reading the user guidance often has that effect, I find.
