    Are you reffering to C1 Express for Sony which is the free version? Or the paid full version?

    From scratch AFAIK all versions are equal but the inicial steps after installation differ when you choose the version you want to run (trial; free; one of the versions exclusive to some makers; full for all supported cams).

    It might be a good idea to deactivate first the running licence, then de-install as usual via Windows/Apps and after that running the installation app.

    Just hoping that you don't run into the same licencing issues that I'm facing currently when trying to enter the licence code...

    If you need to download version 20 again, you can log in to your account on the Capture One website, go to the download page, then scroll down a bit until you see this.
