Does this also apply to to the annual subscription licence, and not just the one time payment for v22.

    My understanding is that the discount is on offer for those who choose to "pre-upgrade" their perpetual licence. If you are on a subscription, of course, you will get 22 when it comes out with no additional payment required until your subscription comes up for renewal.
