Annotations visible in proof mode

Restore the option to make annotations visible when recipe proofing is on. In C1 v20 it was like that, in v21 this option does not work. Although the support replied that it was correct - I think it is a mistake.
I work a lot by tethering, I create annotations on photos and at the same time have the proof turned on and then no annotation can be seen (they disappear after changing the pen to a different tool)
Restore behavior from C1 v20, current solution makes work difficult.
