    You will probably have to submit a Capture One support request to get them to reset your account activation status here:

    https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    Meanwhile log into your online account, find the new v22 Upgrade and see if you can deactivate any computers listed there for it. Then try the new licence again on your computer.

    Edit: If your old v21 shows in your online account deactivate all computers for that as well.
