Fringing at export as JPEG, PSD, TIFF

The picture looks great while open in Capture one but when I open in in PS it shows this ugly discoloration. It happens when exported in PSD and Tiff 8 and 16 bit.

    Is this the C1 or the PS image?

    Did you try to disable the hardware acceleration in C1 preferences?

    This image is from PS
    Co displays the picture without any color changes.
    I’ve never heard of hardware acceleration. I’ll need to google that.
