Capture one 21

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

Durch einen Crash auf meinem alten PC (Totallausfall CPU) kann ich mein Capture One 21 

für Fujifilm nicht mehr nutzen. Ich habe keinen freien License Key mehr.

Können sie mir als langjähriger Nutzung ihrer Software helfen bzw. eine Kulanzform bereitstellen.

    You should be able to log in to your account on the Capture One website, and deactivate it from the old computer, That should free up the licence again to use instead on a new PC.

    i have a similiar problem, bought pre upgrade to 22 (had  20 installed) and downloaded 21, because it should be included. no activations left, i can't see anything if i click on "manage licenses" to deactivate devices. because i started 21, version 20 doesnt work anymore (i did not deactivate it first, sorry)
