HELP PLEASE! Activation Problem C21 14.4.6

hi, my name is Joël and i live in germany.

it´s been two weeks now that i can not Activate my capture one 21.14.4. I always get the same error : unable to connect to the server. 10 days ago i send a ticket to the support and they send me a link with a list of things to do. i did it all but nothing. i try it with another account, with another network, i did a restat´rt ión my network but still nothing.

Check 04: Exception: Impossible de se connecter au serveur distant
Cause: L’adresse demandée n’est pas valide dans son contexte 0.0.0.0:443
Check 05: Exception: Impossible de se connecter au serveur distant
Cause: L’adresse demandée n’est pas valide dans son contexte 0.0.0.0:443
Check 06: Exception: L'accès au chemin d'accès 'C:\ProgramData\Capture One\Capture One\license2.enc.test' est refusé.

Can someone please help me because the support just give the same Answer and tell to try again

it`s fustrating .

    Did you buy the license when you lived in France? What is your country in your profile in your C1 account?

    Did you buy the pre-upgrade to version 22?

    I Didn't  not buy the pre upgrade to version 22 since i have a monthly subcription. 

    Germany is the country and i buy it while living in germany

    which Windows version do you run?

    Do you run C1 in some kind of virtualization software, e.g. Docker?

    i run capture one on windows 10, i dont know about the list where do i found it

    i just buy a new subcription of c1 with another email adress and i got another code it still no working on my computer. i have try on a friend computer and it working on his computer , same network .

    Maybe some firewall / Defender or Antivirus program setting

    i removed all possible rectriction from defender and antivirus . then i turn the antivirus of . and try it again but no succes
