Tethering Sony
I am trying out Capture One and wanted to try tethering with a Sony A7RIII. I am getting an error:
Description: The request did not complete within the specified timeout period.The Camera did not respond within 10 seconds.
This can happen for several reasons. E.g.:
- Capture One does not support tethering for this camera brand or model
- Camera is not setup up correctly for tethering
- Camera memory card contains too many images. Removing memory cards could alleviate this issue
Domain: com.captureone.captureone
The camera is set up to PC Remote under the USB settings...Any ideas?

I'm seeing the same error with a Canon 5Dmk4 and an R5. Would love to know a solution for this one. I was able to connect to a Sony A7R ok.

Referencing another thread, is your camera's firmware up to date? Not sure it would matter since it works on my old A7R, but it was suggested for the Canons for that error.
