C1 license purchase without VAT

I want to buy the prerelease license for C1 22 today. I run a company in Poland and normally at other sites I am able to provide my VAT ID during the purchase process and buy directly excl. VAT. Is it possible here? If not, what do you recommend?

    I'm in Australia and on the C1 purchase screen there is an option to enter our
    Australian Business Number (ABN).
    Maybe just start the purchase process and see if there is an option for VAT
    in your case.
