I would suggest that you get a new license. I think it would be the easiest thing to do since there is no financial concern with a free license.
However, when you installed on your new computer, did you activate the installation in some other mode - trial mode or something?
If you did can you de-activate on your new computer and then re-activate in Express mode?

Try going to your online account and deactivating the old computer there.
Then try activating again on the new computer.0 -
I had not seen that there was a way to open a menu in license management. The problem is solved. Thank you very much gb.
