Stacking presets stopped working recently

With the latest update of Capture One 21 Pro - not sure whether 14.4.0 or 14.4.1 on MacOS, I am unable to click and select a second preset without the first one de-selecting. I have 'Stack Styles' checked, and I can select multiple styles OK, but only at most one preset - if using the tool. I'm quite sure this used to work - I could select multiple presets at once and toggle by clicking.

If I go to the Adjustments menu and select a preset then that does stack with whatever else is checked. It's only failing when clicked via the tool, which is the main way that I pick presets. 

I submitted to support but got no response. Has anyone else seen this? Is there a setting somewhere that I need to adjust?

    Update: Capture One support has stated this is bug (Nov 23 - after quite a delay). Their statement:

    "I consider this a bug and I've filed a report with all the details for our R&D team to audit the issue. I will place your ticket on-hold and will get back to you when we have a response from our engineers or if we need any more information for this report."

    Checked this in the new Capture One Pro 22 on 2021-12-09 - and it is fixed. It's not mentioned in the bugs fixed in the release notes, but multiple presets can be selected now.
