Permanently deleted user

After reinstalling MacOs 12.0.1 I tried to install Capture One. When activating my license, an error message was displayed: "Activation was not possible because the license code is deactivated" There are no more products under my Capture One login. I need assistance with this problem. My login: Friedhelm.Zimmermann@gmx.de

    this is the user forum, you will not get a response from C1 here. For support requests, please use the "Submit a request" link on the top right of this page.

    In any case: you should see the number of remaining activations in your account on C1... and it should obviously be bigger than zero to activate a license. What is the number you see there?
