Blurry Images/Lines showing on image

When I shoot tethered and when I shoot to card/upload to capture one my images are showing up extremely pixelated and some sort of glitch line is showing on the top and bottom of image. The odd thing is that when I export or view the images in my finder they are completely fine. 

I have tried changing tethering cables, restarting everything, changing image settings and even using a different computer but nothing is helping.

Has this happened to anyone? I also can't seem to adjust/edit my images at all in capture one.
