Crashes
Capture one 20 has started to crashes. I use Mac mini and "Catalina 10.15.7

It's like going to the doctor, saying "I have a symptom..." and expecting a full and accurate diagnosis.
Ain't going to happen.

Since today (28.11.2021) I can hardly use C1 20 :-/ It crushes on two operations: 1) i try to open a list o styles, and after I click on an arrow to open the list of styles, program immiedetly crashes. 2) layer - after I try to add a new leyer, same as above, program crashes right away. On friday it was fine.

This is mainly a User to User forum.
To create a Support Case with Capture One Support you need to use the "Submit a request" link found at the top of the Community pages and a number of other places in the FAQ article section, etc.
Meanwhile, did anything at all change in your systems immediately before the problems started?
I'm not a Mac user but, based on Bartłomiej's description, I wonder whether removing the relevant plist entries might be a possible line of investigation. It sounds like something a user config file (in a windows system) might deliver if it had somehow become corrupt. But please do not rely on that suggestion in any way.

Are you sure?
Usually the Operating system offers an opportunity to send a crash report (with or without personal information according to your choice) but that is mainly a generic report for automated failure type trend analysis by the OS developers or some representatives they appoint to assess failure trends.
Application developers, should they take an interest in the reports, will also treat them as anonymous analysis data although in some rare cases they may make contact if the problem is noted as part of some internal project and they feel that further details might help them understand it. That assumes that you have authorised and provided the details required to make contact with you personally.
If you really want to create a service Support Case with a Case number and a communication trail of how the problem has been recorded and progressed you need to use the "Submit a request" feature of the Community pages and follow the Support Case creation process related to the problem.
