Question about reading Phase One edits in Adobe Camera Raw.

I use Capture One 21 as part of my everyday workflow.  However, the digital imaging department insists on using Adobe Raw.  Is there a way to package my edits on raw files in Capture One that can be read in Camera Raw?  Something like a universal sidecar file?

    Maybe your metadata, but not your image adjustments.

    What would be "universal" about it? For example, NR in Capture One defaults to 50: the same value in ACR is a huge amount of noise reduction, given that ACR's default value is 0.
