cancel a print operation fails/freezes.

Problem.

Bottom line: I can select and set up a printer and print, but attempting to cancel a print operation fails/freezes.

 

Details: When attempting to cancel Print, the "print module" (window that opens from File > Print) will not let me cancel. Selecting the Cancel button does nothing. Selecting the close window command ("x" in upper right corner for the print module window) does nothing. Then no other action can be taken. I have to "force quit" Capture One using the Windows Task Manager.

 

Not sure if my problem is unique to Capture One Pro (COP) 21 as I have been using my Mac to print Using Lightroom because OS X 10.11.6 (El Capitan) is not compatible with Capture One since COP version 11.

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, version 21H1, OS build 19043.1348

Machine: Dell Precision 5820, 192 GB RAM

Printer: Canon Pro-10
