Renaming is very random - was not previously

I got a very strange issue, renaming images - raw - starting with the name and 2 diggits number, starting from 1 (01) it follows up with 22 (or starting with 2 (02) follow up with 23 and so on). I cannot get it do it (in my case from 01 to 27) but ending at 330 - so it also changes the number of diggits from 2 to 3. (Screenshots start at 3 after also have tried to do it with starting at 4 and 5 with the same result - not the intended and expected numbers.

I, of course restarted Capture One. I never had this issue - any ideas about this?

    I solved my issue - accidentially I hit the button for "Schrittweite des Umbenennungszählers einstellen".
