Running C21 Trial 14.4.1.6, bought a license, can't activate

    Try going to your online account and confirm that the trial version is deactivated
    (if it is still there).
    Are you using this link to check the server status?

    When I click on it it says "Activation service is alive."
    What version of Windows are you running?

    It does not work for me. Tried 2 computers and my phone. I ended up uninstalling everything, rooting the regedit file of anything Capture One and Phase One and reinstalled, then activated offline. That worked. I am currently in Nepal so maybe that has something to do with it but even my Canadian proxy failed. It's solved but it cost me a few hours.
