Weird Issue: Import always imports all

I have a weird issue. I just upgraded to the latest version of C1.

I have a SD card with 768 images.
I'm trying to import into a catalogue.
I load up the importer I clear the pick all flag.
I select some images.

Doesn't matter if it's 1,10 or even a hundred images - the import dialogue pops and says it's importing all 768 images.

Has anyone else seen this?

I am using the latest version of Windows 11.
