Unexpected shutdown at launch...

When launching the app on my main Win10 desktop, C1 just throws up the Unexpected shutdown dialog box reporting that the 'last time Capture One ran it shut down unexpectedly without showing the crash reporter'. Two buttons, 'OK / 'Skip'. Skip simply aborts the program, while OK prompts to send a crash report. This I have done a couple of times now to get some Tech Support. So I've had this problem for a while now with a couple of suggestions from Tech Support, tried and failed. These were to deactivate C1 on both my desktop & laptop within my C1 account, uninstalled/reinstalled C1 on my desktop and update the VC++ libraries.

Done uninstall/re-install of latest version a couple of times (14.4.1.6 tried yesterday) with same problem. C1 runs fine on my Win10 laptop.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated:)
