Installing Capture One Express Fujifilm

Hi,

Have downloaded and installed Capture One Express Fujifilm but am finding it impossible to activate.

When the application is opened, I click on 'Let's begin'. I'm then asked to login so I type in the email address used to register. As soon as I tab to the password field, I get the message 'Unable to connect to server' and when I type in my password, I'm told it's incorrect.

When I try to authenticate offline, I enter the license code emailed to me which is recognised as a valid. I'm then asked to either scan the QR barcode or copy the registration key into the offline registration form. When I do the latter, I'm told the registration key is invalid.

I've tried several times, now with the same outcome.

I am not impressed.
