I have an upgrade license key since May 5, 2021 and when I last updated to version 21 win14.4.1.6, my license key is no longer recognized. Namely, I tried the update to version 22 in preview but not having downloaded the version within the time limit, I stayed at version 21.
In addition, I no longer have the possibility to deactivate my license since the option is no longer included in the license management on the Capture One account.
Can you give me some advice so that I can get my license key back as quickly as possible, please?

Could you clarify?
You had v21 and then you purchased the pre-upgrade to v22?
If you did, you will have to use your new v22 license key to activate and use v21 until v22 is released.0 -

Indeed, I pre-migrated from version 21 to version 22. Unfortunately I did not install on time. In summary, the Capture One pro V21 license was deactivated and more than version 22 available for download.
By inserting the new license key V22 in the "old version" V21, the system informs "Oops, the registration key is not valid".
To be able to troubleshoot as quickly as possible and get my work back as soon as possible, I reinstalled version V21 with a trial license. When the new official version comes out sometime in December, I will migrate to version 22 using the pre-update license.
