Bug report: Crash to desktop on merging folders

Running MacOS Monterey 12.1 Beta (21C5039b)
Capture One 21 14.4.1.16

Organizing a new catalog and I dragged a folder from inside one folder to inside another and selected to Merge the dragged folder with an existing folder at the destination. Instant Crash To Desktop.
