Activation problems with C21Pro purchased today
Almost as a follow-up of a post of mine 24 days ago about an issue with re-activation of V20Pro (w/o solution until now) I thought today it might be a good idea to take a BF offer on V21Pro with free upgrade to V22 when it gets released.
But the activation process with the new licence code runs into the same issue of an "invalid licence code" message.
V21Pro purchased in Germany and attempting also to install/activate in Germany.
BTW here's the (only) good news: At least the "Country" in the user profile can be changed now as I noticed today.
Updated my user profile data, including the country, before the install/licencing - but the licencing process run into the same issue with an "invalid licence code" message.
Curious that the same error happened also with the licence code that came with the download for the purpose of running C1Pro V21 in trial mode - if desired. No avail. Also "invalid..."
I'm running Win10 (Portuguese) on a Laptop purchased years ago in Brazil, where I was living until Spring this year. And up to the crash at the end of October C1ProV20 was running just fine on that machine. Trouble started with the re-install after the crash.
And now? Seems things are moving into an odd direction as if I'd have to purchase a new computer in Germany with Windows in German to get C1 run here??
