Aperture to Capture 1

Capture One Pro will handle raw files from every camera Capture One supports.  You do not want any of the Capture One for Xxx versions.  They will only handle raw files from vendor Xxx. Download the free trial to see if it will meet your needs.  You get 30 days to play.

On the other hand if all of your Nikon images are jpeg instead of raw you might want to look at Capture One Express for Fuji.  That would let you process your jpeg images and future raw images shot on the Fuji.  Capture One Express is free. https://www.captureone.com/en/capture-one-express

I can't help you with a step-by-step.  Don't be surprised if you have to figure out what works for you on your own.  That's what I had to do when first going from Aperture to Lightroom and again when going from Lightroom to Capture One.  None of the suggested ways matched exactly what I wanted to do.

So if I understand this, Nikon Jpg and Fuji jpg AND raw will work on Capture 1 express. But my Raw Nikon won’t
    Thank you Marco!

Express for Fuji. There's a Sony version too, which will be of no use to you.
