C20 stopped working????

license code does not work, online activation does not work!! Why??? For 218 Euro excl. VAT this is a shame... not to mention the 215 Euros i spent few days ago for new C21/22... no clue now what to do... have to wait now for Monday working day? )))

 

Stop now, tried to work out for 30 minutes - Thank you C1.

 

Very impressing.

    i spent few days ago for new C21/22...

    When you purchased the new version you got a new activation code.   Is that the code you used for C20?   If not that is your issue.   Deactivate C20 and re-activate using the latest activation code.

    Thank you Marco!!! It works now.

    Strange... not my logic... i purchased the pre C22 in November... and C20 license is changed to the new one and stops working. I paid both versions - so both should work fully independently.
