I can't export images in Capture One v21 14.4.1.16

I'm woking on a Mac and when I try to process the files the

"could not process" box appears. This Only seems to be happening in v21. I tried Tifs as well as jpegs but it always comes up with the "could not process " box

I really need to get these images to the client instead of taking each of the raws and running them through Photoshop. I reinstalled and deactivated then reactivated. Im not sure what else to do. Anyone have an idea?

Its not a tethering issue. I shot to a card and everything uploaded fine. Was able to correct exposure and color but just can't export them.
