Can I install Capture One Express for Fujifilm in two Computers?

I have got the offer when I got my Fujifilm X100V and I got it running in one computer. I wanted to have it also in my laptop for use when travelling but ended up with a PRO trial version. What did I do wrong?  Thanks

    No. You can install Pro only on two computers at the same time. The Express edition is limited to single computer only.

    Actually not correct, as far as I can see. Here is what I see in the licence agreement.

    2.3.8 Single user perpetual licenses for Capture One Express Fujifilm

    If the License acquired is for Capture One Express Fujifilm and provided that you are the legitimate owner of eligible Fujifilm hardware as designated by Capture One in its sole discretion you may install and use an unlimited number of Capture One Express Fujifilm for your own internal use.

    You need to remember that the file you download is the same for every version. Which it works as on your computer depends on the licence code used. If it is running as a trial of Pro, you need to deactivate it, close Capture One, open it again and it will ask you for a licence code, and this time put in your Express licence code.

    I stand corrected, interesting. So the Fuji version has different conditions than the Sony one where it was possible to install it on a single computer only.

    No, here is what it says about the Sony Express version.

    2.3.6 Single user perpetual licenses for Capture One Express (for Sony)

    If the License acquired is for Capture One Express (for Sony) and provided that you are the legitimate owner of eligible Sony hardware as designated by Capture One in its sole discretion you may install and use an unlimited number of Capture One Express (for Sony) for your own internal use.

    Perhaps you are confusing the Sony version (which has all the features of Pro but only for Sony images, and has to be paid for) with the Express for Sony version which has more limited features (and is only for Sony images, but is free).

    I used the Sony Express that comes free and it was possible to install in on a single computer at the same time only. You could always deactivate it and install on another one of course.
