Cannot open my RAW with One 21 capture.
I have the new SONY a7 IV box

    Camera models and RAW files support in Capture One – Capture One

    I don't see the Sony a7 IV listed as a supported camera, so it will most likely never be in version 21.

    Very disappointing that C1 stop new camera support
    for older versions after a new version release.
    A crossover period of at least a few months where
    any new camera support is also added to the previous version
    would be reasonable and negate any impression of "money grabbing".

    This has been noted with every release and IMO it's very true.

    Especially for new customers who aren't familiar with CaptureOnes "dumping" schemes it can be very frustrating. Imagine buying a license in October, expecting at least 12 months of professional support and updates etc. While in reality you'll only get 1 update... so just about every remaining bug and incompatibility will never be fixed...

    It indeed looks like racketeering ... C1 could at least give access to new boxes without granting the new functionalities of the new versions.
