error messages with iPhone HEIC files

Hi folks,

I just upgraded my 2013 27” iMac retina 5K to macOS Monterey. Now I am receiving these error messages ( see attached jpeg ) when viewing an HEIC file from my iPhone Xs.

Capture One 21 worked with my iPhone’s HEIC files fine before upgrading to macOS Monterey.

Any suggestions?

  Try V21 14.4.1 build which seems to have introduced support for Monterey?

  Out of curiosity what version of macOS Monterey were/are you running with Capture One 21?
  
  This could help me out as I'm currently considering an upgrade to the latest version of Monterey or 12.3.x + so I would appreciate any feedback.

  Thanks for the note. I am not quite sure of the exact point version of macOS Monterey that I was using with Capture One 21. But I would be pretty certain that it would have been at least 12.6 . I have now upgraded to Capture One 23 and am running that in tandem with macOS Ventura 13.2 . I hope this helps you out.
