Capture One 21 Fuji X Pro 2

Hello
I have Capture 21 full version.
But cannot open the RAW from the Fuji x pro2. XT3 does not work either.
Sony Alpha 1 works without problems.
Do I have to adjust something there.

    In C1 Preferences, under the Capture tab, is Fujifilm selected?

    I believe the "Providers" checkboxes are only for tether support which is why they are listed under the Capture tab.   I tested this by turning off Canon and Nikon then restarting Capture One.  I could still see/process Cannon CR2 files and Nikon NEF files.

    i have reinstalled capture one  and now it doesn't know why
