Unable to activate my perpetual licence
Hello everyone,
I have downloaded the latest Capture One version and I am not able to activate the perpetual licence that I purchased.
For some reason, there is an error message that indicates that the connection to the server cannot be established.
Please find attached this screenshot:

I am sorry it is in French.
Is this a temporary issue or is there something wrong with what I am doing?

Did you already have any active Capture One License installed? A previous version or a trial for example?
If so, have you deactivated the previous license before attempting to activate with the new license?
Which version have you downloaded? I assume you purchased and downloaded V21?

I had a trial version and I waited for it to end before activating the new licence.
Yes, I have downloaded the very latest version (V21) of Capture One.
I bought my licence around Black Friday, maybe I should download another version?
I am not sure where the issue could be coming from..0 -
Hello everyone, it turns out it seems to have been a temporary issue, I managed to enable my licence tonight :)
