Can not upgrade to v22
Hello,
I have bought C1 v21 with option to free update to v22.
I uninstalled C1 v21 from my PC and deactivated license in my account. Then I installed new C1 v22 and try to activate using my license from v21 - unfortunately it doesn't work.
How I can activate this new version?
FYI I have bought C1 v21 by distributor, not directly by your site, but I was assured about a free update. My license was activated 01.10.2021

I am not sure if the support of C1 reads all forum entries. To get a quicker solution to your problem, I would press the "Submit a request" button in the upper right corner and submit your problem there again.

Based on your description I think you will need to ask the distributor for the updated license key. Or at least get them to tell you what process you need to follow to obtain the new key.

Go to your C1 online account and check if there is a new licence key for version 22 showing.

Same problem and it's so frustrating. B&H sending me to C1, and I hope C1 won't send me back to B&H cause this little game could last for ages.
