Capture One 22 does not Merge HDR

Windows 11, Capture One 22 Pro, Sony RAW

1. Selected 3 Raw Images
2. Left click, Merge to HDR
3. Activity says: "Merging Photos x seconds left"

After more then 10 minutes i gave up nothing happens
No error messages, neither HDR image create, just nothing... Very Disapointing.

    It works here but the results are so bad that it is not at all useful.

    However, this was expected, as C1 has no way to ingest 32bit hdr imagery nor can it export 32bit hdr imagery. You do get a dng with a bit of extra range and some clipping artefacts, but nothing useful for VFX work.

    It is misleading marketing, chasing a bandwagon & hiding a lack of new features.

    The panorama stitcher is shit too.

    No lens profiles for fisheye, so it cannot stitch without passing through another software first.

    Better to stick with Photomatix for HDR (it is dirt cheap)

    and PTGUI pro for Panorama stitching. It can stitch RAW and true HDR it can also ingest bracketed sets.

    C1 is a great app but really I would have preferred 3D LUT import to this nonsense, but as long as C1 is making a fortune with overpriced Styles this will never happen.

    I have the same problem, want to merge 3 x CR3-Raw Files after 4 seconds it is finished, created at >100MB DNG file, but nothing else and no HDR Photo :-(

    Also no Error message? What is the problem, is it CR3?
